Can Bd Repair/install Be Run From Safe Mode

If run in safe mode on Win 7 Pro 32bit...will repair-install run and work the same as if run in regular Win 7 ?

  Thanks Christain....when you can...please respond to a September issue. A couple days ago I got another warning on explorer.exe on my Win 7 Pro 64bit machine !!

  This kind of situation is possible win7, 32-bit applicable to general version, 64 or a few.
