[resolved] Can't Activate My Bitdefender 2013 - Varun
Hi Christian,
I am currently using TS 2012 and I installed free upgrade to TS 2013, but when I enter the license key it gives me an error stating unable to register.
Could you please provide me an update on this. I still have 185 days left from my existing license.

I downloaded TS-2013 from the below link:

Ran the installer, which removed the existing TS-12 and then restarted-- automatically installed upon restart and then took my existing product key, but now I am left with 0 days as validity. I clicked on the link which took me to product registration window, when I entered the new key it still gave an error stating unable to register.
Please let me know how to proceed or if I am doing something wrong here.

Never mind
I uninstalled TS-13 and re installed, now it asked for the registration key upfront during installation and not after.
It took the new key and now it's working fine.

i have bitdefender internet security 2012 and updated my computer to windows 8 pro and installed bitdefender internet security 2013 because of the free upgrade but it is not accepting my previous key. please help. i have sent the details you require in a PM.
