[resolved] Registration Trouble Ts2013

For the last 3 week I been trying to renew the new BitDefender TS 2013, but when I enter the new license key I bought, I receive this message: " We are not able to validate the license key you entered".


I contacted Customer Care and they give some "solutions", that I followed step by step, but still could not register the new key. Since November 1st, I haven't received any answer. Now I am in 30 days trial, because I uninstall it and install it again using the CD that I got in the new version. My 2012 license key will expire in 5 days, so what can I do?

  • How many days take to the support team to answer? I have been waiting for almost a month, first via email nobody could help and then they cancel the "customer care" by email so they send me to this forum and here no help at all! I even follow the advice to send Christian a pm , and he didn't bother to answer.
