Problem With Activation!

I downloaded TS 2013. But first I created an account with name and email. I then installed TS 2013. It seem to install OK but when I went into accounts it said I need to click on verification link in my email. So I did that ,,,,a few times,,,, and for some reason my accounts says I need to still verify thru my email. I restarted my PC thinking that would work but still no activation. What more do i need to do?

    This may be something Christian, or Tech support mod. will have to help with with on his end. It sounds like your PC is protected, so hang in there and he will help you soon.
