I wouldn't say he's ignoring you, he just gets really busy and then will come back here and answers allot of the questions in a day or two. Also, his inbox could have been full. Was there something our members here could help you with? Was it concerning VirtualBox, or installing upgrading Windows 8 and the proper Bitdefender install/uninstall solution for 8?
Otherwise, be assured, he has, or will at least see your posts and this thread.

I bought Bitdefender Total Security 2013, 4 ~ 5 days before the launch for Windows 8
I understand that the Bitdefender Total Security 2013 has modules that do not have the version for Windows 8, but still wish to migrate my license.
Will complete two weeks I'm trying to send messages and reply to topics. But he seems not to see me. =/0 -
