Autopilot Keeps Shutting Off To User Mode

Hey guys and gals,


this is a new issue for me.


Upon reboot much like the other forum that is open autopilot seems to shut itself off. Updates have yet to fix the problem for me.

    Hello :)


    A product update was released and it will be installed on your machine in maximum 24 hours. Your build should be 16.25.0.1710 (please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).


    Let me know if everything is OK now.

    I too have .1710 on six PCs and each one keeps changing to User Mode

    I have Windows Internet Security 8 installed and I have the latest build but I continue to have the issue of it defaulting to User Mode on its own and not staying in Autopilot, how can I fix this issue?

    In W8 "Local Services" my computer is showing four BD W8 Security "Services". I am not using the Parental Control feature, therefore W8 Local Services shows it as "Disabled" and not "Running". The other three Bitdefender services are shown as "Running" with the "Startup Type" shown as "Automatic" I have not had the problem indicated in the thread. I would be curious what Windows Local Services is showing for Bitdefender services for those that are experiencing the problem. Thanks

    Hi. I have Windows 8 64 bit and have been struggling with this problem for a very long time (Autopilot shuts itself off and turns into user mode)..


    I thought there was any undisclosed incompatibility between your ordinary BitDefender AntiVirus and Windows 8, so yesterday I reinstalled my operating system, and bought another BitDefender License (though my first one had not expired), this time BitDefender Windows 8 Security Suite. I thought this specific product would solve my problem. But it did not.


    Now I have 2 BitDefender product licenses, none of which work as expected.


    I am really dissapointed. This is very annoying, and is becoming really frustrating to me. Morover, I paid for 2 different security products and even though, I cannot be sure I am really protected at any given time.


    I hope you can please help me.


    Besides this, i have another issue: I could not find a Spanish version for Windows 8 Security installation package. Could you get me one?
