Loss Of Serial Number

Recently purchased Bit Defender Internet Security 2013 (20th December 2012)


I have mislaid my serial number and cannot find it on Bit Defenders website as I keep receiving a message " This service is undergoing maintenance. Please check back again later."


I was reinstalling Windows 7 after using Windows 8. I thought I had a copy in my backup folder but is not there.


Any help gratefully received
