Bdts 2013 And Wow
Im having a connection problem with WoW and Launcher since I got BDTS2013. It used to take long to load the Launcher and once it get me in the opening page of the game it says no connection to the internet. I try several times and it works. But I get huge lag in the game. I thought it was my connection, so I checked the game on another computer and it was working normally. Figured it was the BD. At first I worked around it by shutting down the AV and Firewall. But today it wont let me connect to the game.

Hi sad787, and welcome
Have you tried adding the launcher to the Firewall and AV exclusions, which can be found here: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35502
Let us know your results.
Kind regards,

I really haven't kept up with this issue, so those who are more knowledgeable about it may post their feedback and solutions they came up with.
Confirm that your firewall is set with these settings: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35496
Also, for lack of other possible issues, just have your Active Virus Control (AV/Settings) set to Normal, and not to Aggressive.
Hope this helps,
