    Hi - I cannot make out what your picture shows - but my control panel seems wuite different, and I have NO access to any more complex tools that I can find.

    I too just have Antivirus, Firewall, Update and Safebox panels. There are little arrows at the side which one would expect to show more, including possibly Tune-up, but clicking on them produces a glow but no other effect.


    What is the solution please?

    Hello,


    A product update was recently released. Please right click on the Bitdefender icon located in system tray and from the menu select "Update Now". Reboot the PC if requested, then check if the issue persists.
