When I checked my update section, I noticed a note that said: Update encountered an error code -1. What does that mean? I have Total Security 2013 with Win 7.


Also, could you tell me how to find my license key. The directions are for the 2011 version. I have Total Security 2013 and it's not where that says it is.

    I think you will have cd and including the license key.
