I downloaded the Bitdefender Free Uninstaller, but it instructs me to click on "Uninstall" to uninstall "ALL" Bitdefender items on my computer. I am now using Bitdefender Total Security 2013 and I don't wish to uninstall that.

You don't need to run the uninstaller unless Bitdefender Av Free didn't uninstall correctly.
On what purpose do you want to run that free uninstaller?
