Hi,


I purchased Bit Defender 2013 1pc 1year an hour ago. I didn't activate the code yet and I want a refund.


So how can I get a refund?

    Give up after only one hour?


    Could you explain with more details your issue about activation ?


    Did you had any other anti-virus software installed before Bitdefender, did your license key has been marked as not valid, did you have problems with activating "My Bitdefender" etc. ....?


    Any additional information would be useful (If you have the will for something like that, of course)....


    Also, check out this link and ask for help directly from Technical Support in a way which suits you best.

    Well I bought a lot of Bit Defender 2013 1pc 1year since it was on sale for only 2 cents each, hoping to sell them on eBay for a profit. But before I was going to list it on eBay, eBay banned it after a lot of seller tried to sell it. So I want a refund since the lot that I bought are useless to me now.

    From whom you bought a licenses for such a low price?


    I think to a refund, have the right only people who bought licenses directly from Bitdefender.com or their legit business partners .


    I don´t believe that anyone of them selling Bitdefender licenses for 2 cents. :D


    PS: Are you sure that someone hasn´t sold to you only keygen keys ? ;)
