The program always crashed when it performs a quick scan


It is first time to me to try bitdefender total security


using 3 months trial from facebook site


disappointed from crash and also slow menu during choose a file from exclusion from scan


slowing the Internet

    Hi odyody :)


    To run a repair you would not need a code as you are in trial mode, and Bitdefender will "realize" that your just running a repair.


    Otherwise it could be the leftovers of a previous antivirus software that isn't totally uninstalled. Try the repair first, that alexx69 linked for you.
