    How can I create a new account without having to resubscribe to all your products that I use? All my subscriptions/licenses are tied to my email address. Please assist.

    Hi guys, the response they received from my colleagues -via email- was identical to the one I already provided you with.


    Once again, please note that the email address for a MyBitdefender account can not and will not be changed. You can only create a new one from the link below:


    https://my.bitdefender.com/en_us/my/#page=main.create


    You can also create a new Bitdefender account from the software interface as follows:


    - open the Bitdefender 2013 window


    - click on MyBitdefender link > Account settings


    - in the new window select Login with another account


    - click on Create new account


    You can still keep all your Bitdefender license keys in your newly created account. Simply add them via https://my.bitdefender.com/en_us/my/#page=products.index > 'Add License Key' button
