Dual Monitor Problem

Hi, I have switched to using dual monitors and now each time I start my PC up the Security Widget for Total Security 2013 shows orange and Auto Scanning is switched off. I have to switch auto scanning on manually each time I logon. Is this a setting issue. Can't find an answer. Thanks. David
