Service Not Reponding

Hello I have 3 windows 7 computers all running Bitdefender internet 2013


when left to idle the Bitdefender desktop widget says "service not responding" by that time the computer is locked up and i have to turn the power off to reboot and it all happens again in a few hours...on all 3 machines


can someone offer some advice?

    Might be a problem with the version. First of, are you using Windows 7 32 or 64 bit? And what version of BD do you currently have installed? smile2.png

    i'm using windows 7 64 bit....I bought BD from Amazon so it came with the CD install and had assumed all important things were updated the current version im using is Bitdefender internet security 2013 build 16.27.0.1763 Engine version 7.45941
