Unfulfilled Expectations

I understand now why the cloned version of the theme in 2013, because none of our request was not made in version 2014. I refuse to test a product that does not develop, and my presence on this forum, I think it superfluous.

No separate build/virus def. update options.

Settings for AV/Actions, the same...no prompt for action? Unless that happens when a detection occurs?

Firewall, the same, no changes.

No added B right click options.

That is a little discouraging.

It did download and install quickly. The Watchdog is a more likable size, but, as you put it Valery...I'd like to see more of the improvements posted on Feature Requests.

Hopefully you don't go anywhere friend, as your input here has been appreciated and helpful to those of us who follow you

I kind of have to agree here. I don't really see any new expert user settings. A bit disappointing considering some of these feature requests go back a couple years now. You folks have put a lot of time and effort into these suggestions and they seem to ignore them.

All of the 2013 features requests were copied to the 2014 feature requests. What does this mean? Another year of requests that aren't implemented but sit in feature request like they have a chance of becoming reality?

The new SafePay look and wallet are nice but this is not enough.

I have uninstalled the beta and will just sit this one out.

The lack of settings such as prompt for action will soon become a deal breaker for me not to mention the random disappearing act by support.

I'm looking forward for 2015 version which will include the "Bag" feature and then I can die happy.

Its a male version having wallet feature, bag feature will be for ladies. May be in the next release you may prompt for Gender selection during installtion so that respective feature (Bag or Wallet) be available and installed on your system. :rolleyes:

I am disappointed ... Did not expect this from Bitdefender. All my wishes and needs of other people just are not interested developers. Nothing of that ask users to change in the new version of Bitdefender is not implemented. No significant improvements in version 2014. And what Bitdefender going to compete with other products? No improvement of firewall, configure it still scarce. Registry and the host file Bitdefender still does not protect. So what moves product? Content with past victories? This is not an option ... My time is wasted, the developers do not care about the opinions of its loyal users ...

You are right, 2014 is just only the clone of 2013 and none of our suggestion have been implemented and it inherit many bugs/issues from its predecessors. And I don't expect that they implement any of the suggested feature in the final version as well without being tested in Beta version. Even then I am just waiting for the release of 2014 version just for good hope, otherwise I may quit and bye bye Bitdefender until their product accomplished the requirements of Advanced Users.
