i reinstalled BAFE but auto updates do still not work... please check

    I have the same problem too. Yesterday it said I needed to restart my computer to install update. Since then, I haven't received any virus definition updates at all. Should we reinstall the the problem or something?

    I'm not panicking but I am rather concerned that the definitions have not been updated for three days here now, we are also not protected from the latest threats ( last 3 days) so your comment about being protected isn't rightfully so.


    After the threat scanning error the other day ( which caused me to remove and re-install ) and now no updates for three days so someone has definitely dropped the ball over there ^_^

    I still got no update after the installation.

    I am behind a Proxy, but this should be the problem. Nothing is blocked by the proxy.

    For further investigations we need a file from your computer, can you please send us gzserv.log?


    You can find it in product's installation folder (default: C:\program files\bitdefender\antivirus free edition\)
