Bd Antivirus Will Not Install If Za-firewall Is Installed ?

OK, this is getting annoying, So I am asking for Help (normally I don't need any).


Running WinXP, 2.5Ghz, 2GBram, 1TB HD


Have ZoneAlarm FIREWALL.


Attempting to install BitDefender AntiVirus ... hung up on "instaling 71%".


Third attempt. First two message says install and remove incompatible versions?


I HAVE NO INCOMPATIBLE VERSIONS as I have NO AntiVirus programinstalled.


But what do you know, it is referring to ZoneAlarm Firewall.


WHY DOES YOUR ANTIVIRS NOT WANT A FIREWALL INSTLALLED.


PLEASE ANSWER FOR EVERYONE's SAKE - WHAT BRAINIAC CAME UP WITH THAT DUMBASS IDEA AND PLEASE EXPLAIN YOUR LOGIC ? ? ?


AFTER 30 MINUTES I GIVE UP ON INSTALLATION OF YOUR AWARD WINNING PROGRAM UNLESS YOU CAN GIVE A WORKAROUND OR REPROGRAM YOUR INSTALL TO ALLOW A FIREWALL WHEN ONLY INSTALLING BD-ANTIVIRUS.

    FOURTH ATTEMPT ... finally installed - BUT,


    WILL NOT LOAD USER INTERFACE


    Therefore, we cannot "register" it. Therefore, we don't know what its doing to our system.


    We know its running as ... GZSERV.exe, whereas GZIFACE.exe is the interface.


    WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO MAKE YOUR ANTIVIRUS WORK ? ? ?


    ALL DAY ON THIS FORUM AND APPARENTLY THERE IS NO ONE AT WORK , AS NO ONE IS ANSWERING POSTS ! ! !
