The Photon Technologys seems to doesnt Know alot of Programs.....

Guild wars 2


Alot ( Or mostly anything of steam )


Big parts of Windows


Actually my scans go to 59% ( thx to Photon ) and then he just scans like Days all the Perfectly safe programs Like steam , a giant lot of NOT Modified games and so on....


can i somehow help ? gather information so they get fast added ?

    thats way more than around 170 processes and 142 Folder paths that i need to add then... ye Photon describes itself by being smart to Exclude Safe application so... it should do it not me.

    Hello Slerion,

    Bitdefender Photon combines pre-training from the installation process with Application Reputation. Using these, Bitdefender will check all legitimate applications and those that are known and clean, will be automatically added in the local smart database and skipped during all scans.

    It does not take action on all applications and especially not on games: just one the software thoroughly tested by our developers and by our virus analysts.
