Bd Free Mesed With My Hosts File

Hello,

I've two installs of XP on the same PC, partitions C and F.

BD free is installed on C. For some reason, it has commented out some intentional entries

I added to the HOSTS on F, where BD free is not even installed.

What is odd is that one or two entries also added to the C HOSTS are left alone.

I know the interface is extremely minimal, but is there a way of excluding the HOSTS file in the

adjacent install of XP from being modified?

Why would BD FREE go in there, edit the file, comment out the entries I intentionally added,

and not even report or mention it any where? I only found out by chance -

I booted up the other XP and got some results on the internet I didn't expect -sure enough the HOSTS file was changed.

It even says right in there, "edited by BitDefender".
