i have two licenses. Bitdefender antivirus and Bitdefender Internet Security. I want to use Bitdefender Internet Security program. I'm starting Internet Security from my e-mail link. Writes on Internet Security. But in reality, Bitdefender antivirus :( . I've tried many times. It's the same thing happened. What can I do?

    According to your image, you do have the 2013 Internet Security installed, just not complete. Your Toolbar waring shows an update issue to be resolved, maybe a reboot? yet I don't think this will enable your missing panels, but check the Event notification, and do as requested, and reboot.

    Otherwise, if you had a previous AV installed, it may not have totally been uninstalled and causing issues with Bitdefender. You would need to uninstall Bitdefender, then use the uninstall tool: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35804


    Then from here, use the uninstall tool for your previous AV, look for any leftover folders etc and delete them, and re-download and re-install Bitdefender to see if that helps: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=40792

    Try the following step by step


    1) Update and Reboot.


    2) Repair the product, read the articles

    3) Uninstall the Bitdefender, read the topic here

    4) Use the tool of removing previous license info

    5) Download the offline installation setup from here

    6) Disconnect your system from internet and then try to install Bitdefender with offline installer.


    7) Only use the Internet Security License first, and to use and add Antivirus license, first contact the Sale personal to convert it for the Internet Security License by deducting the corresponding days count. And if you didn't use the tool mentioned in the step 4 after un-installation, your previous license info will be restored and you may experience the same issue again.

I just think it can be a little confusing and over whelming for kotukedineriman to see all of this and wonder what to do, and who to follow?

    Kindly don't be offended on my posts, I understand your concern. As you can see that my post is almost the same as yours (steps 1,2,3 and 5), only I posted the steps to renew the license info which are additional (step 4 and 7).


    Your posts are more helpful than mine and I always like your way of making the other users to understand and fix the issues in a very comprehensive way. :) .
