Bitdefender Total Security 2014 Fails To Install

I have tried to install Bitdefender Total Security 2014 on my Dell M6500 (32 Bit) laptop without success. All I get is a dialog stating the following:


"This product requires an internet connection in order to install. Please check your connection settings and try again."


The computer is connected to the internet...


I have successfully installed this software on two other computers one a 64 Bit Win 7 laptop and the other a desktop 32 Bit machine.


All Virus and Firewall software had been removed from this computer.


Is there a link to the full install file for Total Security 2014? I think this is the only way I will have success.

    When it asks to check for the latest files during install, deny it, until after your up and running and can then run that update. Please also confirm that your PC meets the minimum requirements, posted 1/2 down the page: http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/total-security.html
