Bitdefender Internet Security 2013/2014 Pc Cannot Start Windows Anymore

Hi,


- I have a brand new computer


- Win7 Pro, 64bit, i5 cpu, 8GB ram


- Installed BD IS 2013 all good


- Rebooted computer and can no longer startup in Normal Mode.


- Uninstalled BD IS 2013 via safemode using BD uninstaller


- Installed BD IS 2014 all good (provided by BD chat support)


- Rebooted computer and can no longer startup in Normal Mode.


- Uninstalled BD IS 2014 via safemode using BD uninstaller


- BD chat support said Teir 2 support will contact me via email now


Just wondering if anyone else has this stuck on windows starting logo screen upon bootup after installing BD internet security?

    - Bitdefender Internet Security 2014

    I actually went one step further and reformatted the computer again, installed windows again with all drivers and updates and the first 3rd party program i installed was BD, restarted computer with the same issue happening again. Uninstalled BD using uninstaller via safemode and windows starts ok again :(
