Very Simple.
Solution is... "wait just 3 second in main BDIS 2014".
if, just open main page and just click "Settings" without wait.
you will see interface not complite loaded.
but, if you wait 3 or 5 second. and click settings.
you will see interface with all icon.0 -
Hello ammjy,
Thank you for your valuable feedback!
To be able to solve the reported issue through automatic update of The New Bitdefender, we will need a support tool log from that computer.
The support tool executable supporttool.exe is found in this location: C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender
You may not be able to upload the log here it may be too big so you can put it on www.sendspace.com and post the download links.

Hi,
Already I reported the situation to your support. Ticket Number: 201308201016025 , but I come here to see if any member can help me while the team tries to solve the problem.
I had version internet security 2013 installed on my computer. With the new version, I decided to upgrade. Then uninstalled the 2013 version and installed the latest.
When I installed the new version, I was not asked the key, only the password of the account bitdefender. Later I noticed that in the settings panel, did not appear all square.
So, I sent a ticket, but realized all steps requested and sent to you:
1. The Support Tool log;
2. Autoruns log
3. Run the file (ResetPanels.reg).
4. Restart the PC for the changes to take effect
But the problem still remains. Any help?0 -
that does not appear to have installed properly. please try running the two following tools in windows safe mode. then restart the computer to install Bitdefender Internet Security again. This time round you will need the license code so make a note of it before uninstalling.

Hi,
I did this while waiting for the response team.
At this time, I did this:Please use the uninstall tool provided at the link below in order to remove
Bitdefender:
http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...installTool.exe
[ How to instal Bitdefender Internet Security ]
1. First of all, we need to check if your system is 32 bits or 64 bits.
In order to do this, please follow the steps below:
[How to check if your computer is a 32bits or 64bits]
Please right click on the icon MY COMPUTER located on your desktop and goto
PROPERTIES. There, under system information and computer information you will
see a notification about your computer being a 64bits. If none ( nor one about
32bits ) then your computer is a 32bits one.
Note:
- if using Vista you will see if your computer is either 32bits or 64bits.
- if using XP you will only see it mentioned ONLY if your computer is a
64bits.
Next please download the appropriate exe:
- 32 bits installer
http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...r_is_17_32b.exe
- 64 bits installer
http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...r_is_17_64b.exe
2. Please save to file and in order to run it, right-click on it, and click
Run as administrator.
... But problems remain.
The problem occurs when I do: Open> Settings> Close; Open> Settings> Close;
Sometimes, the panel only shows "General", all other shows, it depends.0 -

Those download links in the email point to the english language installer. You would be better off trying the portugese offline installer:
depending on your operating system as detailed in the support email, try either 32-bit - http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...r_is_17_32b.exe
or 64-bit - http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...r_is_17_64b.exe0 -
Hi,
The problem continues even with the Portuguese version ...0 -
