When I installed BD-AV plus 2013 and open it , a message pups up directly says :-

please HELP ME !
How can I fix it ?? my computer is in danger .. I don't have an Anti Virus !!!!
My system is Windows 8 / 64x
pleaaaaaaaaaase I need ur HELP

This issue has happened before to others, it is usually due to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package that is not properly configured.

last thing u may know it
after copying the files to system32 folder there's one of them refused to be copied !!!!
it's ( msvcr100_clr0400.dll )
and after copying the other files .. my favorite game ( Sleeping Dogs ) stop working
and when I open it there's a message pups up directly says :-
I don't know why
do u think that the dll files have got a hand in this problem ??
and Can u help me in solving this problem ?
I know that it's not ur problem and u don't have to help me ..
but I'll appreciate ur help alot ..

4 Gb Ram
Nvidia gtx 650ti 1 GB
and 500 Gb HDD
OS Windows 8 64x
and my MB is Gigabyte H61

if so, please post a copy of the message you get when you try to copy the failed file in safe mode. there shouldn't be any locked files.0 -

I restarted windows in safe mode but this message pups up to me when copying this file ( msvcr100_clr0400.dll )

That would suggest the windows account you log in with doesn't have full admin rights.
