I'm using the new Bitdefender and I haven't seen this issue since upgrading. I might see a FIN_WAIT2 here and there, but it goes away after a short while on it's own.0 -
I asked about this issue on facebook. I was banned from posting for doing so.

i curently uninstal bitdefender for this bug.
and that status of topic has still escalated To Development Team and not changed to resolved.
and i didn't see any report of resolving that bug at updates topic. did you see ?!?!?!0 -
