On Access Scanning Disabled

I found an old post with this problem and have tried the solutions there without success:


Rebooted computer several times.


Tried a software repair. Rebooted several more times.


Downloaded the Support Tool and ran it, generated the relevant file.


The other thread said to PM the file to Christian, I tried doing this and it gave a message saying this person cannot receive PM's.


Please help with how to fix this problem, I have run out of solutions!

  • I am having the same issue as well. Everytime I reboot or change windows profiles (I have one profile as admin and one as a regular user) the AutoScan feature keeps getting disabled.


    Any solution to this?
