Can't Worked Scan Usb On [ask Every Time]

i have laptop lenovo
cpu: i5
ram: 4
VGA: nvidia 1gb gtx
i install antivirus plus 2014 and want setting for scan usb device on ask every time!
no work me connect flash disk to laptop no ask me for scan!or auto scan disk!
please help me!

I when Flash drive connected to my laptop to scan message request or not at all, and even identifies the Flash System.
Or when I put scan mode automatically when it is does not recognize Flash antivirus!
