2013 Total Security Bsod

Options

I have installed BD Total Security 2013 on 3 computers;

laptop - win7 ultimate /32

workstation - win7 ultimate /64

htpc - win7 ultimate /64

Bitdefender Total Security b:17.15.0.682

engine v: 7.49198

sig: 9383558

All are experiencing network lag and increased internet page load times.

Laptop and htpc are plagued with frequent but intermittent BSOD's often

but not always indicating bdselfpr.sys as a cause and just as often as not

they occur with with system at idle.

I attempted to upload the latest .dmp bare and as .zip but both failed:

"Upload failed. You are not permitted to upload this type of file"

thanks

  • As an update, I've ran the Bitdefender Support Tool twice each time it stalls at "getting event logs..."

    with sysdump.exe spiking the CPU at 55-60%. I'm not hopeful.

    I don't see why not. This isn't customer support. This is a public forum. Customer support is located here: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/consumer.html
