Hello,


If you are affected by this issue please post here. I have freezes on scans and my firewall isn't working due to incompatibility with Asus Suit III. Both 2013 and 2014 are incompatible !!!

    Have you gone here and tried to contact Customer Support? Send them an email, and see what they say. I'm sure they will be glad to fix this problem. But I'm assuming that you are only going to get limited support in the forums. After all, 90% of us own either a Dell, HP, or a Toshiba. I've never met anyone in person who's owned an "Asus". :(
