  • My updates are coming through OK, is your internet connection intermittent? If it is a problem that persists send in a customer support form.

  • Try to go to Settings->Update and press on the "Default" button,this should reset the settings and the update server if I am right.

    Happening again now in 2020 for me. Any solution?
