Update Failure.

My 2014 Total Security has stopped downloading the virus defs flagging up an error fault 1007.

my PC win 7 is flagging up that the anti spyware and antivirus is out of date. not a happy PC.

This never happened with previous versions.

I have sent two reports to bit defender with NO reply,

Is their a general problem, have uninstalled and re installed same problem,

I have grave doubts as to the security of my PC.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Have sorted the problem, with NO help from Bitdefender three times i sent them data not even an acknowledgment. Just in case this may help others.

I did a disk check on my C drive and this came up on screen it was very fast but the gist of it was.(Recovering orphan file Emalware.477), since then No problems bitdefender works a treat.

Besides the fact that the new bitdefender seems to take a long time to download, and slows down my PC, the previous version never did.
