when using safepay virtual keyboard should i be seeing black dots,as i seeing letters and numbers , as i am a new user i was wondering if this is correct.

    You will see dots in the secure sections, like passwords/pins/codes otherwise it will appear normally. Passwords are hidden from people looking at your screen, the virtual keyboard is to hide from keylogging snoopers. :)
