Blue Screen Of Death

I just bought a new dell computer and have installed BD AV 8.0 on it. When I run a scan the blue screen of death comes up and mentions a file hsfhwbs2.sys as the cause for the crash. I have looked on the internet for some info on it but have not found anything to help. Any idea what is causing this or better yet, how to fix it?

    Nevermind. I fixed it. I simply uninstalled the modem driver and went to dell's website and installed a newer version of the driver. I was then able to run a complete scan without any problems.
