Once you have an account, you manage it at my.bitdefender.com. You may reset your password at the login page if you forget it. You may also change your password after you log in at the profile section (click on your email at the top).

It is working (at least for me)! I just tried it:- I pretended to forget my password, so on the login page I clicked on Forgot your password? .
- I got an email form no_reply@info.bitdefender.com on my email account which read:
Please make sure the email is not moved as trash/junk mail or any special mail box, or filtered out by any other special means (mine was not).Hello,

Bitdefender Registration Service - I followed the link in the email into a page where I reset my password.

Thanks did it 4 times on XP & winows 7 use IE Firefox & chrome by Sleipnir
