How To Create A General Rule (not App Related)

I am printing via the internet (IPP Protocol). With the firewall on I can't print or pull the printer properties. When I disable the FW it works. In windows I would create a firewall rule to allow all traffic on port XXX to from IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX but BitDefender only allows me to create Application Rules. Please let me know if there is a way around this. Thanks.
