How To Bring Back Wallet Extension After Chrome Re-installation

I uninstall my google chrome 32 bit to install the new updated google chrome 64 bit but after that, my wallet extension is gone.

I tried to uncheck and check the Wallet "On and Off" in bitdefender GUI. - Didn't work

Restarted computer -Didn't work

Repair my Bitdefender -No luck

My wallet extension in IE11 works properly.

SPECS:

Bitdefender Internet Security 2015

Windows 8.1 Update 1 64bit

How do I bring back my google chrome wallet extension? Are there any files that I can drag and drop in the chrome://extensions to bring back wallet extension?

    Hello!

    1) Open chrome and go the the Extension page. Leave it open.

    2) Open File Explirer and go to C:/Program Files/Bitdefender/Bitdefender 2015 and locate the file bdwtecr.crx

    3) Drag that file over to the extensions page in Chrome. It will verify that you want to install it. Allow it to install.

I have verified that this works on the new 64-bit version of Chrome.

  • Hi,

The Chrome Extension for Bitdefender Wallet can be found now in the Chrome Extensions store:

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/b...bfaaggijgohadih

(new Google policies, all extensions for Google Chrome have to be listed in the official store).
