Need Help Removing Virus Malware?

Hello


For two months I have been battling some sort of hacking to my home network. It has infected all of my pc's and all of my cell phones. All of my internet capable devices. Someone even managed to add a router to my cable internet so two were running simultaneously even though there was only one in my house.


We bought all brand new equipment and its back again...replaced everything down to the modem.


Something manages to get remote access to routers and computers, it has switched things on laptops so that they are installing stuff if you try to restore them to factory.


I have some log files but I don't know if they will help I don't even know what would at this point.


I get strange language packs installed on my computer in very odd places.


Reloaded this laptop yesterday with a windows full 8.1 pro disk (laptop is only two weeks old) and this log is on it today.

    First, have you ran a full scan yet? Does BIS detect this threat? It should be able to clean it out. 1.gif

    Yep ran a full scan and nothing. Also it is preventing me from updating my bit defender.
