Safe Site Blocked

Hi,


I am using BD Internet Security 2015 on W7 Home edition.


The site http://www.nbbclubsites.nl/club/27020/uitslagen is blocked. I know it is a safe site. What can I do to stop BD from blocking it. I am sure it is BD because when I uninstall BD I can reach this site.

    Did you try to whitelist the site in your parameters/firewall/rules? Check please.


    Check below too:


    BD support


    If you don't succeed in spite of the whitelisting, you will need BD's support service to transfer your site's data address to BD headquarters. Be patient, an expert will handle the case soon.

    Hello heksen,


    To get your site unblocked you need to follow the pinned instructions in the False Positive Reporting forum and send in a Sample or URL Submit form to Bitdefender.


    http://www.bitdefender.com/submit


    If the site is indeed clean they will unblock it for you.

    Use the Web Activity window to see all the web pages accessed by your


    child.


    To allow access to a blocked website, follow these steps:


    1. Click the Blacklist/Whitelist button.


    2. Enter the website in the corresponding field.


    3. Click Allow to add the website to the list.


    4. If you change your mind, select the website and click the corresponding


    Remove button.

    The URL is not blocked by Bitdefender. If you encounter further issues post back an image of what you see when accessing
