Account Is Still Pending Activation...

Hello.

This is my first post; I have just installed BitDefender Antivirus Free Edition, and have just registered for the forum.

My antivirus program is still inactive, since the activation mail has not arrived. I have asked for the email to be resent but no luck so far. And yet the activation email for the forum arrived immediately. :wacko:

Can someone help me here please? I have seen that other people have had similar problems. This situation doesn't create a very positive first impression of BitDefender for new users!!

Try to go the browser here - https://my.bitdefender.com/login. Enter your login and password that you selected when you install antivirus and may be you will be sent an activation link.

Thanks for your reply, lapka, but I have uninstalled BitDefender and replaced it with another antivirus program; I didn't want to have to spend days without effective antivirus protection. Let's just say that I'm disappointed with BitDefender; they need to simplify the activation process of their software unless they can guarantee that the emails actually do get sent. <img class= " />
