Chargeback Request Status

Hi, where can I find out at what stage is my refund? So far I know that the license key is canceled. For how much time I get my money back ?

    I can't use this site because my license key is cancelled so when I try ask from this site I get message that my key is invalid :(

  • My problem is the same ...


    Regarding mail and Tickets 2015030121450001 ,2015031114030002 and 2015031114000002 still have no information about chargeback request . Currently I do not have the refound nor the license for the program ...
