Web Protection Can Not Work On 64-bit Os

web protection : search advisor only worked correctly , another feature on web protection can not work on mozilla firefox or internet explorer !!!


For example this site is fake : http://team-avrora.org/ search advisor in google can be detect but in any browser can not work and i access to site with out any warn !!! but i test this site in safepay and blocked !!!


my system info : CPU : Intel Core I3-3220 , RAM : 8 GB DDR3 , OS : Windows 8.1 - 64 Bit , HDD : 1 TB


My browser info : Mozilla FireFox 38.0.5 , Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17690

    Hi, latest version of Firefox is already 39.0. Have you tried this as well? Make sure that the installer as well is 64bit. 1.gif
