Dear Ramindu,
1) BitDefender uses it's own list but you can always add sites that needed to be blocked that aren't currenctly blocked.
2)No that isn't possible due the BitDefender Selfprotection service which denies that you close BitDefender. But the best thing is that you set a password on the parental control settings so nobody except the person who knows the password can change or disable parental control.
I deleted your duplicate topic.
Best regards

And also, the blacklist is automatically updated with new sites, via Live Update.

Dear Ramindu,
If the service is correct installed that isn't possible you will receive an error message access denied. But don't forget to password protect BitDefender settings to do this right click on the red BitDefender icon near the system clock press on open advanced settings, press on advanced, check enable password protection for product setting press on ok. So after you have done that nobody that doesn't know the password can't change any settings or disable any protection.

Dear Ramindu,
No, at that moment only the graphical user interface close the realtime protection remains intact. You can test it yourself close BitDefender and try to visit an a.dult website you will see that BitDefender will not allow you to visit it. If the page is recognised by the BitDefender webfilter or blacklist.
