Temporary Disable 2016 Bitdefender

On win7 64 bit.


New to bitdefender. Previous software offered you opportunity to disable antivirus for a period of time for installs, etc. Have looked thru posts to find the disable trick. Have not been able to.


Either different software or not enough information. No help screen found. Can't even find the version of software.


As of today it has been a very difficult software to navigate and customize in comparison to the other. It does not appear to be real user friendly. This get's used on my work field computer and disabling is a need.


Another question:


Anyone know where get info on what the green thing in the lower right corner of the screen stands for. I realize it is like a dashboard of what the software is doing , but have not located any info on what the different symbols stand for it produces.
