How Can I Block Certain Applications?
How do I block ( or blacklist ) certain application from running?
I'm not talking about blocking the access to the internet nor anything,
I want to prevent application from launching.

But what I meant was blacklisting them, not whitelisting them. Also link in your reply was about endpoint security.
I am using total security 2016.
