Cyberghost Vpn App Change The Profile To Game Mode
Hello!
When I open the CyberGhost VPN application the profile mode goes to Game mode when I have open the autopilot. Is it possible to exclude this app from game profile? If not please fix it!

You can configure autopilot to NOT manage the profiles.
You can also configure the profiles to be active when a certain app is running.
You cannot configure exclusions for profiles to be not active when a certain app is running.0 -
I want when this app is running to remain in normal mode. Is it possible to do that?

You have to uncheck the option 'Let Autopilot manage my profiles' in the profiles settings.
When you uncheck that option, you can manually choose what profile you want to be active.0 -
Hi Cris4524, it is possible for us to remove from our database an app wrongly identified by Bitdefender as a game, therefore switching automatically to Game Profile.
However, in all our internal tests after installing CyberGhost v. 5.5.1.3 from the indicated link and activating the VPN connection (we chose Luxembourg) Bitdefender Profile remains Standard. Moreover, the process CyberGhost.exe doesn't exist in our Game Profile database.
Could you tell us if you are doing anything specific in CyberGhost that seems to trigger Game Profile? Try opening up the app and then click on Default settings.
