On Access Scanning Causing Games To Stutter

Hi, this issue only occured in the last 24 hours but on access scanning has started to cause games like BF4 and Black Ops 3 to stutter.
I tried adding the games as exceptions but that did not help. I thought BD may be corrupt to I uninstalled BD and found there was no issue, then I resinstalled BD and the problem came back.
If I turn off On Access Scanning the games play fine.
I am using Windows 10 Pro 64bit on a Z170A Gaming M7 motherboard with 6700K OC to 4.5Ghz and 16Gb 3200 DDR4 memory.
