[Sent To Devel] Rescue Cd Upgrade And Wifi Support

Second: sorry for posting a question here, but I couldn't fine Rescue CD in the support section options.

Ok, go on!

I'm a fan of Bitdefender rescue CD: it helped me to restore customers PCs several times. It's very effective, so it's always my first choice if I have to unlock a virus locked PC that won't boot.

Well, I have a couple of questions, if somebody can help me:

1) Do you think a new version will be released in 2016 or 2017? The 2015 is good and the kernel is recent, but I wonder if you are planning to keep on releasing new versions once a year or every two years or something like this. I'm not talking about virus definition updates: it's very fast...

2) I noticed that on some (few) PCs there's no way to use wifi connection, so I have to use the cable. My HP Pavilion, for example, can't use the wifi at all; my ASUS eepc can

If it can help you, when I installed Debian on my PC, at the beginning of installation, the system ask me for additional drivers to use wifi. So I have to use another PC, download them, out them on a USB stick and plug the stick on the first computer in order to make the wifi work and finish the installation. If I install Ubuntu or Mint (also other distros like Manjaro) it seems they already have these drivers because wifi works out of the box...

Is there a way to add drivers to Bitdefender Rescue ISO using an ISO editor?

In fact Bitdefender is not the only rescue live CD (I mean Linux based, not WinPE because they have issues most of the times, no matter the hardware your PC) that has wifi issues with my hardware, but if I could solve this problem it would be great.

Oh, I forget to ask you something about virus definitions: when I make a USB and update it it looks like it's persistent, because when I update it after one or two days there are very few updates and it's very very fast... And I can see the more I update, the larger rescue folder inside the USB stick is. Am I wrong?
