Recently (a few days) in the Log Event Viewer began to appear frequent errors of this type:

Started looking for it. It turned out that their appearance coincides with network activity BitDefender Free. Specifically, when gzserv.exe establishes a connection to the remote port 443 with 104.20.7.54 (aka ns1.cloudflare.com)
